FS2000 waterproof painting equipment |

FS2000 waterproof painting
equipment is the specialized equipment for the glass fibred
strengthened waterproof dope. The dope is conveyed by
the pump to the roof of the building and sprayed through
the special spraying gun to the surface of the roof, at
the same time, the glass fiber cutter in the spraying
gun cut the fibers into pieces, then they are distributed
by the scatter evenly together with the dope, finally,
the coating is formed by waterproof dope and the glass
fiber. Due to the adding of glass fiber, the intensity
and anti-crack capability of this waterproof coating are
improved greatly and make the duration increases more
than 50% than the traditional operating methods. This
equipment designed reasonably and enjoys advanced technology
and produced solely by us in China, it's the key equipment
to solve the problem of water leaking in China.

FSP glass fiber cutting gun is the gun specially
used for the painting of glass fiber strengthened waterproof
dope on the roof of buildings, it can also be used for

Assisted heating spraying
In the real operation of painting, the adhesion
of the dope is very important. The hearting spraying
system can ensure the accurate dope adhesion control
to guarantee the best painting quality. The heating
system can raise the temperature of the dope to
reduce its adhesion, so that to reduce the usage
of additive and solvent. A HQ air assisted heating
spraying system could be composed only by the sprayer
or could be composed by a dope heater and dope circulation
equipment as well as the sprayer. HQ air assisted
heating spraying system could use following pumps:
08.25, 17.25, 16.35 etc.
The obvious advantages of the heating spraying
system:
Has a electric heater to control the adhesion
of the dope;
Minimized the usage of additives;
Minimized the painting fog;
Make it possible for the narrow conveying pipeline
to supply enough dopes;
The volume reaches 30 ounce/m under 100F

Dope reductor:
ZR-01, ZR-01A, ZR-02 dope reductors are installed
in dope conveying system, which are located at the
terminates of the dope supplying. Because its function
is to guarantee the air assisted spraying gun can
maintain the stable painting pressure, it doesn't
influence the supply of the dope. |
